rules and guidelines for commissions!!
Timeline
- The time it takes for me to finish artwork could range from a few days to a month; I am a student, so I can’t dedicate all of my time to art!
⁃ If something unexpected comes up that prevents me from finishing your art, I will do my best to contact you immediately!
⁃ The finished artwork will be sent via email ([email protected]) through a google drive link.
Commission Requests + Process
⁃ Please provide visual references of any characters(original or canon)
⁃ Please describe how you want your artwork to be (ex. posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall look looks in your mind)
⁃ If you’re unable to find a reference photo, feel free to also send stick-man figures or a simple doodle!
⁃ Don’t be afraid to ask for revisions such as color or expression change, but please keep it reasonable! (ex. don’t ask for a pose change when I’m in the stage of shading)
⁃ I will refuse any commission requests I feel uncomfortable drawing.
Payment
⁃ All payments will be through Ko-fi or Artistree if you request there
- Payment will be 100% upfront
⁃ No commission will be started until it is paid for
⁃ I don't accept refunds or cancellations, once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase you have agreed that you are happy with it and the work is to be finished
Copyright
⁃ All artwork is for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. This means you can claim the rights of your own character (s) and have the ability to share the work on social media/use it as a wallpaper/icon or on toyhouse. You also have the right to print and hang it on your wall or gift it to a friend, but you don't own the rights to the drawing itself
⁃ You may not take credit for the artwork, trace or alter the work in any way or form, or request another person to do so
⁃ I will post the commissioned artwork’s final product and/or works in progress on my social media for examples and/or advertising purposes unless you request otherwise
